What happens after you get your box
A box is a real, numbered, heavy duty box that stays in our warehouse with your name on it. It is a shopping cart we physically hold for you.
- Claim through the week. Message us anytime, or claim live with us on TikTok.
- We hold everything. Every claim goes into your box. Nothing ships until you are done.
- We invoice and ship. About a week after you open, we total it up, subtract your deposit, and send it. Shipping is separate and depends on where it is going and how big and heavy your box got.
The rules, no fine print
- No minimum to order online.
- Take one thing or take fifty. The $100 is only for getting your box number.
- No application.
- There is nothing to fill out and nobody has to approve you. If you want to buy, you buy.
- We do not ask for a business license.
- We are never going to ask you for one in order to sell to you.
- Tax free needs a certificate.
- If you have your Texas resale certificate, show it to us and we take the sales tax off your invoice. If you do not have one yet, you can still buy, you just pay the tax.
- The deposit is not a fee.
- It comes off your total.
- Shipping is quoted, not flat.
- It depends on the destination, size and weight of your box.
Questions
Do I need a box to buy from you?
No. You can order from the website anytime, with no minimum and no deposit. The box is for people who want to shop all week, claim on the lives, get the exclusive items that never go on the website, and be in the chat.
Do I need a business license to buy wholesale?
No. We do not ask you for a license. Anyone can buy. The Texas resale certificate is only needed if you want to buy without paying sales tax.
Can I take just one piece?
Yes. The site has single pieces at retail price, and also some single pieces at wholesale price if you look for them. Most wholesale is sold by the dozen.
Do I get the $100 deposit back?
No, it is non-refundable. But it is applied to your invoice, so you are not losing it. It is a down payment on your order.
How long do I have to claim?
About a week from the day you got your box. Everyone's week starts the day they opened, not on a fixed calendar day.
What if I have never sold makeup before?
That is how most people start. You do not need experience, a store, or followers. You need your box number and something to sell.
Do you ship, or do I have to pick up?
We ship. Cost depends on the destination and the size and weight of your box.
